Housing Law
Aina Khan Partnership holds a Legal Services Commission franchise in
Housing law. We advise, assist and represent clients in all kinds of
housing situations. Joseph Fryer, a solicitor since 1980, leads the team.
The Housing work we do includes:

These and related areas of law are constantly developing. To keep up to
date in them all,
the firm belongs to the Housing Law Practitioners
Association. Members of the Homelessness and Civil Litigation Departments
attend the Association's meetings.
