Imran, joined AKP in September 2001 as the Practice Director.
Before joning
AKP, he worked for Siemens and IBM in Sales and Marketing in the Financial
sector. He is responsible for the overall management of the Practice.
Looking after the Marketing strategy
and Business Development.
Implementation of the IT infrastructure
for improved customer services. |

Bernie Smith, Head of Reception & Client Care Supervisor
Joined AKP in 1997 as a Receptionist/Telephonist - She is the client
Care
Manager, and ensures that all client complaints are handled diligently.
She is also in charge of the office administration - working
with the Practice
Director. She is conversant with four Asian
languages. Prior to joining AKP she
worked for the Indian Embassy
and the Commonwealth Secretariat offices in London. |
